Otelier

Otelier, a SaaS product aiding Hoteliers in property portfolio management, recently underwent a brand refresh. I was tasked with revamping the UX/UI for their new website and bringing the brand to life in the digital space. The end goal was to deliver a user-friendly, impactful website that would attract new business, support current users, and drive sales growth.

UX Research

Based on user interviews, I developed personas for four key user groups: large portfolio managers, small/medium portfolio managers, independent hoteliers at the management level, and their staff. These personas captured the distinct needs
and behaviors of each segment, offering valuable insights for enhancing the website’s user experience and functionality.

Using these insights, I created customised user journeys. A key priority was ensuring the audience understood Otelier's product capabilities and their relevance while integrating trust-building elements like case studies and user reviews to instil confidence.

UX

As Otelier is a SaaS product, it was crucial that the website clearly explained what each product could do, how it could benefit users, and improve their workflow. When creating the wireframes, my goal
was to keep things simple because technical software can be complex.

I also included interactive elements to make the experience more engaging. For example,
I added a 'Product Finder Module' where users could pick key features, and the website would show them the most suitable products.

Visual design

For Otelier’s new website, the goal was to create something innovative, clean, and familiar within the tech space. I achieved this by using ample white space contrasted with the brand's vibrant gradients.

Subtle 3D elements and drop shadows were also incorporated to bring dynamism and depth to the website. The outcome is a distinctive and modern website that sets Otelier apart from its competitors.
