Walker and Morland is a new brand in the CBD market, positioned for an older audience seeking ways to improve their health. After undergoing a rebrand, I was responsible for developing the brand's digital presence. This involved creating their first e-commerce website, with primary goals of building brand awareness and driving sales conversions.

We identified that Walker & Morland's primary audience would skew towards an older demographic. I examined the key factors that are important for this demographic when considering a new brand. Trust emerged as a vital factor, bolstered by positive reviews from reputable health influencers and publications.

This audience is likely willing to spend above average, with quality and results being essential for customer retention. Additionally, convenient subscription options would be desirable to this audience. A clean interface, rapid checkout, and user-friendly experience would, of course, be essential.
