Roz Pursell, a passionate hiking enthusiast and content creator, was preparing to launch her new e-commerce website for her hiking fashion brand, 'The Hike Life'. With a focused product selection, she aimed for a straightforward approach to present her new range, intending to engage her existing audience while also attracting new customers.

The Hike Life initially had a streamlined brand with only a logo and colour palette in place. The client desired a minimalistic website design to ensure that imagery and products remained the focal point. I opted to predominantly use black and white, integrating touches of purple and orange from their palette to highlight UI elements.
Emphasising a visually-driven approach, I aimed to simplify the design as much as possible. I chose a clean sans-serif font pairing and incorporated line accents and sharp square edges to maintain a sleek aesthetic.
