Republiq is a pioneering mentoring and coaching company dedicated to empowering young black professionals on their journey to leadership roles. The client sought a brand identity that exudes sophistication and elegance, while maintaining a strong presence in the corporate landscape.

When developing the visual identity for Republiq, I delved into the significance of symbols in leadership. The goal was
to create a uniform and recognisable icon mark that instils confidence in the brand. The mark, formed by mirroring the ‘R’ from Republiq, takes on a diamond shape, evoking strength, confidence, and structure—all qualities we aim to reflect in
our identity.
For the typography, I selected a modern and elegant font to soften the overall aesthetic, complementing the bold icon mark. The colour palette balances feminine and masculine tones, with a punchy orange accent contrasting against darker hues. In terms of photography direction, I opted for slightly abstract yet corporate scenes, alongside candid shots of people, to capture the dynamic and professional essence of the brand.
